Ipod touch 64 gb 4th generation, bought it in october 2010.
power button is a little hard to press but it does work, when using a case it might be difficult.
the back is scratched of course, but you can still see your face in it.
The battery isn't as great as it used to be, but still reasonable.

Way too much. Woot! had them a while back for $329 (refurbed-indistinguishable from new)
Brand new ones have sold on eBay for $300-$350.

There's always the possibility of someone finding value in a visibly used 64GB iPod Touch, but I think a more reasonable price for it in that condition is $150-175.

Your title makes no sense. But probably $125-$150.

And whoever said $328+, you are nuts.
