In my MacPro, 500GB in bay 1, 300GB in bay 2 and 400GB in Bay 3 as well as a Fantom Drives 500GB USB 2.0 external (MacMall is just down the street from me and they had them for $200 with a rebate).

The 300GB is dedicated entirely to iMovie projects, the 400GB is for FrontRow (though I'm using iTheater for right now), the 500GB is for games, frontow and because I thought the 400GB was dying. LOL The external enclosure I had it in didn't like it apparently.

The 500GB is just for backup purposes now (I was using a MacMini before).

Well for now....as much as a little shy of 1TB. Note I said as much as, because I sometimes change my configuration.
Internal
MBP 2.16 15": 100GB 5400RPM :(

Primary Backup and File Storage

FirmTek SeriTek/2EN2 dual-bay eSATA 3Gbps HD enclosure connected to an eSATA ExpressCard/34, containing

2x WD Caviar SE16 250GB/16MB cache/7200RPM SATA 3Gbps 3.5" HDs, which i'll be setting up as a RAID today. Can't decide between RAID 0 and RAID 1, though seeing as I already have a very nice backup going, I may just go RAID 0 and at a later date add a second pair of drives for a backup.

Backup External storage:

(Maxtor 40GB USB2 HD- hardly used now)

Maxtor 300GB One Touch II FW400/USB2.0 (primary bootable OS backup/ photo file backup- kept offline except during actual backups)
