How much time Apple hold my macbook pro pickup order ?

Hi all !
Living in a small island in middle of nowhere, i'm going to San Francisco the 6 december for 10days.
When i have ordered, the pickup date was the 6, which was great. But today, the date has changed to 27 november. Do you know how much time apple store will hold my order in the apple store ? Do i have to contact them ?

Yeah you probably want to contact the store and find out for sure, but Apple will typically only hold the item for 5 or 7 days I believe, after that they refund the order.

I've succeed to contact them, the guy told me my order will be hold for 14 days. So it will be good for me

14 days is the official store amount. I just had to call this morning since my order arrive a WEEK earlier than expected..
