How much time does the bootneuter take?

Ok, I've restored my iPhone with a custom firmware from the Pwnage tool and it has rebooted after itunes said it was finished, and apparently it's stuck on the "please wait/ determining current settings…" from the bootneuter.
What should I do?

Nevermind, I restored a couple more times, and it worked on the third one.
