You can't solicit anyone here to develop an app for you; it's against the forum rules. You're far better off to learn how to program yourself and avoid the legal tangles.

i wouldn't mess with someone taking your idea and doing it themselves plus there so many apps theres no guarantee you'd recoup that money.
