I bought a macbook late 2006 i believe for 100$ from a rich kid who bought a new laptop. Now I want to sell the laptop and hopefully buy a desktop or laptop pc. Thing is, i upgraded the ram to 2gbs and the harddrive to 320 gigs. I went to mac2sell.net and they told me 1,000$, which of course is completely ridiculous. How much should i sell it for? thanks!!!

Not sure, but I think you need to be a member of this site to ask this for 4-6 months or so and have a certain post count. I'll take this back if I'm wrong ;D

I did and found some that were about 500 to 600$. But again, that is with only 1 gb ram and an 80 gig hdd

so you want more then 1,000 like the first site suggested of you think thats way to much to ask?
haha more than 1,000? god no. but do you think i could be in the 500 to 700 range on lets say amazon or craigslist?

ya i see them on a craigslist type classifyed in my area for 600-800 but than again Macs new are slighly more in Canada even with our dollar doing good, but ya i dont think 500-700 is asking too much
karma is good also you got a deal so maybe let the next buyer get a deal too
