Yeah it's not going to be drastically more than what they offer for the 13PM. Of course nobody knows for sure but between 600 to 800 is probably ballpark.

128gb.... but I don't think Apple ever gives more trade-in value when trading in phones with more memory.(256gb or even 1TB) or do they?

Correct the value remains the same regardless of storage space sadly. At least for apple. But other places does.
