I have heard various views, many people saying that it will follow the path of the 3GS and drop to 100 then to 50 after a while. On the other hand, however, experts have said that because of the cost to make one iphone 4 they really cant sell them for 100 and they wont drop in price or if they do it will not be by much. Does anyone have any idea or speculation other than these, or any confirmation of these?

I know there is a new iphone coming out, but i really dont want or need any of its features, the 4 is enough for me.

I wouldn't be surprised if they sold a lower end iPhone for free with a. 2 yr contract.

i wouldnt be surprised if they did it with the 3GS until stock was gone

but not with the 4, i have a 3GS im trying to get something thats battery doesnt blow and home button works lol (its taken a beating)
