How much would this iPhone 11 Pro Max sell for online with this cracked back I was thinking 400? Or should I go 50 higher not sure!?

Best thing to do is have a look online for phones that are damaged like yours and get a rough figure of what they're going for.

How much does a back glass replacement cost?
Find the marketplace price of your phone undamaged, subtract the cost of the repair and subtract another 50-100 dollars. That's how much your phone is worth IMO
