How NOT to sync my Address Book contacts into my Iphone?

I regularly clean up my phone book on my Iphone but not on my MAC. After the sync- all the old contacts from Mac again end up in my Iphone! 🙁Does anybody know how to sync to Mac only the contacts from the Iphone and not vice versa? Thanxx
