How often do you check for App updates?

I'm always amazed when people don't update periodically. I have a friend whom has yet to update any apps. That red badge on iTunes store of 56 would drive me a wee bit nuts.

On average probably twice a day. Usually some random time during the first half of the day and then again in the evening...That seems to be when the updates are released.

Usually I don't check for updates at all, unless I see something posted on here about one.

I check 3-4 times daily. I literally flip out when I see that red badge appear. Isn't it great? 😀
