When all is said and done, I turn it off daily. First, I do not trust the local Power Company, second the weather is unpredictable, then the apartment I live in is dusty and I hate cleaning the computer. It does not hurt the computer, that is why it has an off switch. I have a surge protector, state of the art, but that is no guarantee. It boots up while I do my morning duties, making coffee, shower, and other unmentionables. Only takes 20 seconds with the addition of the NVMe drive. Occasionally I may restart it during the day if something happens like needing to reboot the Modem or upgrading software. Do what works for you.

There is no evidence for such with the Mac. It doesn't need to be turned off (much less rebooted outside of updates) unless there is a problem or very bad weather that may put it at risk.
I to disagree. My €2k 2017 MacBook Pro doesn’t and probably never will make it through a week or two without needing to be restarted. I seem to be a very “lucky” guy, but I encounter bug galore with very normal, actually less than average use. I barely use my Mac for anything but Music and Safari, I don’t have much apps installed, let alone weird ones, and mostly use first party apps. Still, a week running and it’s chugging away on who knows, performs slow, apps crashing, beachballing and a slew of rather small but basically omnipresent bugs. It’s not physically damaged and I do occasionally set it up as new, like new new. Still it stinks. So I guess you’re very very fortunate compared to me that your expensive machine works as aspected and that you don’t know of “any evidence”, because I do, I did, and probably will; I can only report on what I experience, not just with one Mac but actually with three, same with iOS. OG iPhone SE(s), 8, 10(s), 11 Pro(s). That’s my experience and the advice I (have to) live by.

might be something with the ssd or hard drive. Check it

Never.

My Mac mini is on 24/7/365. It has gone for months on end without even restarting. Has been like this through several generations since my launch unit arrived in 2005.

Same goes for my Mac Pro and Macbook Pro, though they get restarted more frequently. Maybe once a month for the Mac Pro and once every few days for the Macbook Pro - which likes to crash or randomly stop doing things.

I do not always close the mac mini m1.
I have to close the monitor? I sleep at night and everything stays open.

A tad bit confused with this post. Do you put the Mac Mini M1 in ‘sleep mode’, or not?
Sorry for my english.
I always have it that way:

What should i do to protect my monitor?
Before I go to sleep at night, I put the mac to sleep in 2-3 hours after me.

First things, first. I would, merely my opinion, set the Mac to go to sleep at a particular time, and wake at a particular time. Thus, no need to even remember to do it then. Do so in the Schedule section, as per your second image.

Now, are you saying even if the Mac is in Sleep mode, the monitor remains on? If the latter, check in the settings of the monitor itself, and see if it has any options or settings for sleep mode.

Lastly, I see in the first screen shot, you have that option on, “Prevent your Mac from automatically sleeping, if the display is off…”. Might have to consider that option carefully, if you really want/need that to be checked…

Νo. Τhe screen closes.
I have to close it and the button from the screen?

I just want him to sleep at a particular time, not to wake up alone.

I think so it's okay!

I think I missed this, the first time. Maybe it is just me, but, to confirm, are you using a Mac Mini/Mac Mini M1?
After rereading your posts, sounds like you are using a MacBook. The repeated mention of ‘close it’, leads me to think this. Sorry, a tad bit confused now…

More often when I was on Monterey. Dock crash, flickering screen, Logitech MX master 3 forward and back button issue.
