I rarely use the Dashboard. It's probably because I'm a Spaces junkie. Since I already have Stickies, Calculator and Dictionary running in one Space, I just switch to that Space and use the apps there.

Used to have iStat Pro, but switched to the menu versions. I do use Countdown quite often. Overall, I don't use it Dashboard that much.

I use one widget extensively.

Sing that iTune!

Because it by itself fills in the lyrics tag on the current song i am listening to in itunes. And that makes me happy.

But I don't really use dashboard very much myself. It just does stuff for me.

I thought that Dashboard would be something I use all the time but I must admit I hardly ever use it now.

Same here, just use it to check the weather forecast. Is Dashboard using much memory, or does it completely disappear when exited?

Every hour I would say.
depotset to check my stock performance
delivery status
iStat pro

This thing is really handy!

It seems like many widgets have analogs on the web and I'd just as soon, say, go to weather.com myself than have a widget retrieve info for me. The little apps -- to do lists, etc. -- do too little to be of much use. They're like desk accessories, only with less functionality, at least to me.

All I do is press the F12 key and I can see the weather for 6 cities. Doing the same on weather.com wouldn't be that easy.

Sometimes:
When I do I use the dictionary, Imageshack's iShack and Bonzi buddy:

as a habitual terminal user I dont really have any need. I did use somein vista for tracking my eBay bits n bobs and Seti client - but I havent felt the need to even see how to use them in OSX

not for me :)

Never use 'em. Mine is disabled and there's no easy way to start them. I guess I come from the "old school" where every CPU cycle is sacred, but it drives me nuts thinking that there's something that is not being used, hidden away, taking computer power away from what I do need (like Mail, Safari, and iTunes). Lame I know, but it's how I feel.

I use Dashboard countless times throughout the day. I hate when I have to use Windows because I really miss it.

I use it just for iStat pro and calculator (though I trust spotlight for that as well):D Temperature sometimes.....

 I never knew you could type a math equation in Spotlight and it give you the answer! That's pretty nifty.
