iPad 3 here on 7.04. I occasionally have a Safari crash, but it's pretty rare. Perhaps 1 time in 2 or 3 days.

Not sure what your definition of crash is. My device is stable.never crashed. Ipad air 7.0.4. The only thing that keeps crashing is safari. Otherwise everything else is good.

My Air never crashes. I like to know what folks are doing that theirs crashes.
My retina iPad Mini crashes almost daily while I'm at work, but I have no problems with it while at home. I use my iPad as a virtual pad of paper and also cycle between four applications for data retrieval, one of which is Safari. I'm also frequently walking around, so the iPad is forced to reconnect to various wifi access points. I don't know that it's the most demanding activity set that the device could be put through, nor have I identified any particular trigger that causes the device to spontaneously reboot. It seems almost random, but I have yet to experience it while I'm actively doing something critical. Usually I pull the device out and then it reboots when I'm trying to turn the screen back on. It'll be nice when it's more stable.

My iPhone 5S has also crashed a few times, but nowhere near as often. (It's also not put through the same usage scenario as the retina iPad Mini.) My other iOS 7 devices seem stable enough.

If this was the norm, Apple and retailers would have a slew of open boxes!

Anything pretty much. Browsing the net, no tabs open - crash. Playing a game, watching a video, you name it basically. I always make sure to close apps too. Still crashes. It was not as bad on 7.0.3, 7.0.4 has been ridiculous.

Just had a crash and reboot. Ios7 is such a mess. And to think I jumped ship from the nexus 7 to the ipad air because I was getting annoyed with Android. Hah! I like the Air hardware wise but ios7 is an unstable mess compared to jelly bean 4.2 and that's a fact. Either the air hardware is at fault or Ios7 sucks donkey balls.

Mine crashes rarely though the rMini has crashed (apple logo) more often then my old mini. I'd say lack of ram coupled with iOS7 bugs is the cause.

People accept the problems. It's how android got to the point they are today.

I have changed my safari usage to avoid running into multiple crashes a day - ie poor user experience. Even then, I get a complete air reboot about every other day, if not more. My screen is perfect, so in hoping a software update will help.

I just got my iPad air, running 7.0.4 crashed once on the YouTube comments, but the tab reloading isn't nearly as bad as I thought. Going to keep it I love it so far.

During the past 1 or 2 my iPad 3 on the latest software has been crashing every day at least 1-2 times which is annoying given that I'm on holiday and use it extensively.

Never

Mine never crashes. Not the actual pad.
Some apps do crash occasionally, like Facebook which is one of the worst. But that is the fault of the developers not optimizing their software properly, or just being flat out lazy.
IOS7 on ipad mini (non Retina)
