My retina iPad Mini crashes almost daily while I'm at work, but I have no problems with it while at home. I use my iPad as a virtual pad of paper and also cycle between four applications for data retrieval, one of which is Safari. I'm also frequently walking around, so the iPad is forced to reconnect to various wifi access points. I don't know that it's the most demanding activity set that the device could be put through, nor have I identified any particular trigger that causes the device to spontaneously reboot. It seems almost random, but I have yet to experience it while I'm actively doing something critical. Usually I pull the device out and then it reboots when I'm trying to turn the screen back on. It'll be nice when it's more stable. My Air never crashes. I like to know what folks are doing that theirs crashes.

If this was the norm, Apple and retailers would have a slew of open boxes!
