How often will you check ECG?

I haven’t checked mine since the day it arrived. I have had a few episodes where my palpitations would act up but I could never catch them, as they sporadically happen.

I've been checking it about twice a week, sometimes 3.
ECG shows "normal" - Buy I know my pulse is freakishly higher than normal. 🙁
