How optimistic are you?

For those of you with a 24/4 to 8/5 window, how optimistic are you that you'll get your watch this week?

I am pretty certain simply for the fact that Apple would not want to disappoint to many people. Whether its a time frame or not (24.04. - 08-.05. for me) the release day is April 24th.

My e-mail confirmation was timed 08:01. It was sent 55 seconds after the pre-order period opened.

If I don't get my watch, who will?

But I'm still not confident. I don't trust Apple on this one. I think they've screwed up.

This is how I feel. Unless there is a royal chaos, I should have it on Friday.

I highly doubt it'll come Friday. There's going to be uproar (inc from the press) if they don't ship by Friday, but I don't see how they can, given how they haven't even prepared for shipping yet.

I am absolutely positive that at the very least some of the people in this window will receive their watch on Friday. No way does Apple let a product release day pass with not a single person getting their watch.

I choose to believe that I will be amongst the group that gets it on Friday.

I've heard on good authority that only those who placed their orders within the first fify-four seconds will receive it on Friday.

You must not preorder a lot from apple. This is how it works. They are probably in a warehouse in the US, waiting to ship to houses on late Wednesday or early Thursday.

They do not have to come directly from China to us. They could arrive from China today, but we will not get shipping until late in the week.
