Stubhub is a rip off
I have been waiting just under a month to receive my payments for a pair of HEART tickets. The concert was held on the 30th of June. I mailed them on the 16th of June.......here it is the 18th of July and i have not gotten paid. I did not receive my money for 16 days....so I sent an email......and i got one back......"We are sorry, your check must have gotten lost.......we will put a stop payment on the first one, re-issue you another one, and you will just have to wait ANOTHER 7-10 business days." And so i sit here and wait.....concert has come and gone......HEART continued to tour the USA, and I am still without payment for their June 30th show........if anyone knows who i can contact to help me through this matter, please send me your words of wisdom. We have tried every avenue with stubhub, and to no avail, have received no assistance. 😡
