How Save? Appdelete and similar like programs?

I know that these applications are more preferable than the normal drag and drop into the trash..

The quesiton, is I have used Appdelete for some applications and I question some of the "items" it has found associated with the deleting of an application and was wondering if it is relatively accurate?

I don't want to inadvertantly delete something that is not supposed to be deleted.

In other words, are there any false positives?

I've never come across a case where an app remover program like AppDelete removed something it wasn't supposed to.
