iPhone does loading circle for the fifth time today (instead of the normal 3) and I’m supposed to wipe it as an only alternative? Tell me this is a secure product. It can’t be secure if it can visit a website that exploits my phone.

Question: have you had problems with unserious answers here?
No, I just want to understand how a supposedly secure product can get hacked by visiting a website. It’s hard to do anything else let alone install any app without the App Store. But a website can hide itself and then install malware on your phone where it has to be factory reset to remove it.

You're making several leaps of logic that I don't think really apply... 😬

What does a loading circle have to do with DarkSword? Wiping your device will not make it more secure against targeted malicious sites. Keeping it up-to-date will. Also, common sense goes a long way. If you don't know who sent you a link, don't click on it. Then you will never end up on a malicious site.
