iPhone 12 pro has stainless steel and 12 not.

so how slippery are those phones in the hand?

I can't use my iPhone 8 without leather case .because its too much slippery.

i want to use my new iPhone without a case if it s not slippery

All I can say is that it is a lot more grippy than the previous models with rounded corners. I love how it feels, it feels like a completely different phone.

I could easily get by without a case and not worry about it slipping out of my hand. I’ve had cases feel way more slippery then my iPhone 12 bare. With that said I will get a thin as possible case to protect it from scratches.

Depends. The edgy corners are very grippy.
But if i try to use it one-handed and have to rest the phone on my palm a bit more, the back of the Pro model is much more slippery than the one from the normal 12 or X, because of that (good looking) layer they put on the glass.
