Hi,

Can someone please help me. I made the stupid mistake of turning on iCloud for a minute (less than a minute even) and for some weird reason it allows me to enable and disable everything EXCEPT Photo Streaming which stays ENABLED. How the hell do I turn it off?? I tried everything. I can't figure out why it just stayed enabled like that. On top of that if I try to uncheck Contacts, Calendar or anything it threatens to delete it from my Mac. What kind of a computer curse is this!?

Please tell me how to disable Photo Stream AND turn off iCloud for good.

sounds like you have an iMac, but you dont really say. Photo Stream settings are handled in iPhoto and in system prefences.

i understand not wanting photo stream but see no reason not to sync you iMac contacts and calendar to iCould. it is either just a back up or allows you to keep them in sync across iDevices.

good luck.
