I'm trying to download files from an ezShare wife sd card. The card was intended to be used with a camera where you establish a local wifi network between it and your computer, access it through a web interface, and a process on that interface detects pictures on the card which allows you to download them to your computer. However, I'm using it with a CPAP machine where my computer can connect with the card, but the web interface doesn't recognize the data files that I want to transfer.
How can I transfer the files over wifi from the card to my computer? Is there a way to do it through the web interface, through Terminal.app, or some other way such as mounting the card as a network drive?
