Apple Music How to add a song to Apple Music on iPad?

I have a .m4a music file in iCloud that I can access from my iPad via the Files app. How can I add it to the Apple Music app on the iPad? Thanks!
 
Unfortunately I have never found a way to add anything to the music app on the iPhone or iPad. The only way I have found is to do it on my mac.
