How to add additional line to upgrade to iPhone 5?

If im reading this correctly from the other posts

1. my individual plan i hit add addtional line when pre orders come out for iphone 5
2. it should be 9.95 a month with activation fee?
3. insert sim from my current iphone 4 to new iphone5 or get nano sim whatever
4. get dumbphone for $10 bucks ebay and cancel data plan
5. sell previous iphone 4 and profit and get iphone 5 for 10 bucks a month extra
