How to add album artwork in itunes?

Running Snow leopard and itune 10.7.

How do I chnage the artwork for an album, including all its songs at once?

I know that selecting a song, Get info, and then artwork, lets me choose a artwork for the song. Moreover, the art does appear on the left for the album. However, when i synch to ipod, only the specific track has the new album artwork. Do I have to change all manually?

In List view, select the album or all the songs in the album and do a Get Info (Command-I) to change multiple tracks at once.
