Very cool idea. It would protect the back from getting dirt in the holes plus it fixes the "hon" issue people were complaining about.
The 5C looks so nice and it does not feel cheap in person. If it had a fingerprint scanner and came in 64GB I'd be all over it.

Lol I knew someone besides me was thinking about adding some papers on the back and look ma' no hon phone
Don't know how tight the rubber case will be after a few uses and might cause the paper to slide to the camera maybe tape for extra hold.
Either way, not a a bad cheap idea for people that have a 5C
