I just purchased an IPAD 2. I have about a 100 pdf files that I need to add to the IPAD. They are all organized in folders etc. Is there a way to keep them organized as well as add them to the Ipad? I can not figure out how to add them to the Ipad.

You can put them into categories in iBooks, should you feel the urge, or just have a file browsing app, such as file browser, or airsharing, or get good reader.
