iPhone How To Add Photo's To iPhone Photo's App - PC?

Hi All,

Could someone please help me learn how to add a bunch of photo's from my PC to my iPhone Photo's app, so that the features such as facial recognition et al. work correctly?

I haven’t tried to sync anything from a PC to iPhone in ages but I’m guessing it’s still possible.

Here’s an Apple support article that seems updated since it mentions using iCloud photos. I’m guessing that would be the easiest route rather than going old school with a cable.

Sync photos in iTunes on PC with devices

In iTunes on PC, sync photos to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod with color display. If you already use iCloud Photos, you don’t need to sync.
