Hi,

I am a Windows person who just purchased my first 24' iMac. It will be arriving in a couple of weeks (looks like the Radeon card delays shipping in Canada).

Anyway, I would like to add my two Dell monitors to the iMac. Are there enough display ports and I do I need any adapters? If there is not enough ports, any recommendations on what device to purchase so I can add two monitors?

Any help for this new Mac user would be greatly appreciated.

John

Matrox DualHead2Go. Its about CAD$300. The problem is that you are still limited to the resolution of the DisplayPort so about 1250 on the horizontal for each monitor.

Thanks for your help. There is no external switcher box that I could purchase that would allow you to add two displays?

There is, but it's DVI only. It's called the Matrox DualHead2Go.

I don't know, but doubt, that you could use the Mini DisplayPort to DVI adapter to connect to this at all. Has anyone tested it?
