Hello - I just got my Apple Watch (finally!) and flipping through the apps. I somehow missed the "getting started" guide in the activity app and now I am not sure how to adjust the standing goal. When I force touch where it shows standing, it just brings up "daily move goal" and doesn't give me a chance to adjust the standing goal. It never asked for my height/weight either but I assume it got that from my iPhone 5S that has that data.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

You can't change the stand goal, as well as the exercise goal. They recommend you stand 12 times a day for at least a minute every hour and exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes a day. The move goal is the only one you can change.

If you go into the Apple Watch phone app health setting, you will find your birthdate, sex, height and weight. You can edit the information from this screen as well.

HTH!
