Hello - I just got my Apple Watch (finally!) and flipping through the apps. I somehow missed the "getting started" guide in the activity app and now I am not sure how to adjust the standing goal. When I force touch where it shows standing, it just brings up "daily move goal" and doesn't give me a chance to adjust the standing goal. It never asked for my height/weight either but I assume it got that from my iPhone 5S that has that data. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
