How to alter a video's time & date

There are videos that are sent to me through viber, but when they are saved they do not have the original date/time that they were filmed. Instead they keep the time/date when they were saved. How can I alter that so in Photos there's no time continuense issue occurring?

Inspect and edit metadata using the Photo Investigator

After that the metadata is corrected does the altered video drop in the correct sequence along with the other videos?
