How to: AT&T upgrade swap.

I'm thinking about doing an upgrade swap at Best Buy. I'm a little hesitant though. I trust AT&T more to do something like this, but I like the fact that a few local BB's do have ip5's in stock.

Anyone have experience at BB doing an upgrade swap? Thanks

In case anyone is still using this... I turned on my phone but didnt touch anything and it was swapped no problem! The rep I had was super awesome and the swap was relatively painless!
