How to back up data from iCal/Mail/Address Book (Which Folders?)

I have been using Entourage for a long time but just switched to the Mail/Address Book/iCal combo. I use ChronoSync to do a small nightly backup which covers my folders such as Documents so that they are backed up every 24 hours. I knew which folders to use for Entourage but my question is:
Which folders does Mail, iCal, and Address Book use so that I can back up these data folders?

you can also use file>backup database

You can also try Mozy.com which works great for me in backing up those files without bothing to do it myself!
