How to backup and restore mails?

Hi,
Have IMAP mail. I need to completely remove account from server and create new one with same credentials. But I need to backup my mails and restore them to the new account.

Is there any fast way?
Using spark and airmail.

Create the new account first. Then just copy the contents of each mailbox (i.e. inbox, sent mail, trash, etc.) from the old accounts mailboxes to the new accounts mailboxes. Once you are satisfied that everything has transferred, delete the old account.
