Hey guys I want to backup all my apps and all my data from my iPhone 5 to my computer then install iOS seven. Then I want to restore all my apps, photos, messages, etc.

Could anyone advise me what to do?

    Best Regards.

I though jailbreakiing was better in every conceivable way than stock, doesn't their support team have a resource for you to look at?

Wait a few months, unless you are a developer.

The Apple developer forums should be able to answer all your questions then.

No option is ever better in every way. There are always pros and cons. JB'ing can be be better in every way that matters to you but that's limited to you and doesn't necessarily apply to the next.

Also a developer that doesn't realize he won't be able to downgrade back to a jailbreakable firmware once he goes to 7. 6.13 CAN NOT be jailbroken for now...

So, ummm, yep... wait. Or lose the jailbreak for the forseeable future.
