How to Backup & Restore Contacts & Messages.

Hi,

So I have gone and purchased an iPhone 6S to replace my trusty iPhone 4S. What I would like to do is rather than Restore everything onto my 6S, is to Restore only my Contacts and Messages.


My query is, is this at all possible whether it be from my iPhone or MBP?
