How to best sell a jailbroken iPad 3?

I am considering to sell my jailbroken iPad 3.

How would I best prepare (clean out my data) the iPad if a buyer wants to keep it jailbroken and with iOS 6.1.2?

I'd re jailbreak it, just restore as new. Seems like the JB device's bring more money.

If you restore, you get updated to iOS 7 and lose the jailbreak.
