How To Best Use Wireless Diagnostics Report?

Everyone probably has seen the ability to monitor your WiFi connection, and Apple has a page on how to do this here:

However, interpreting all those files that are generated requires some effort. Is anyone aware of a good guide or tool that can analyze what's in those files to indicate what may be causing a failure? For example, I've seen issues with 802.1X etc. but I'm sure there's lots of info that would look abnormal to a well trained eye or tool.

Can you be specific regarding the “failures”.

Loss of connectivity or the connection itself. The Wireless Diagnostics watches for any issues, and when it loses connectivity can generate a report.

You mean Wi-Fi signal drops (no bars) or, you have signal, but just no network connectivity… within the LAN? or the WAN/internet?
