Problem is I get a lot of potential business clients who contact me via text so this is a probelm. Not sure why they can't have a blacklist filter of text messages from random numbers.

This is from an email address, so it's an email-to-text sent to your number's email address (i.e 1234567890@txt.att.net). It's not a regular text sent directly to your number itself.

I'm guessing your business clients are texting your number instead of emailing your number. Do you get/expect any other email-to-texts from anyone? If not, you could consider contacting AT&T to have them disable the email-to-text feature on your line/account (link). You'll still get regular text messages that are sent directly to your number.

Otherwise, there's really nothing you can do other than forwarding the spam message to 7726 to report it. (Also more details about this in the 'Accepted Solution' in the first link above.)
