How to block posters that limit who can view their profile?

What's the trick? Or does limiting visibility of their profile make them un-blockable? Thanks

In a thread when you mouse hover over their profile does the "follow, ignore etc" come up? if so you can do it there otherwise I wouldn't know.

I use iPhone/iPad to view the site mostly, but I can try on my Mac, thanks.

Click on the poster name. It’s a link that brings up another window.

Unless one has an overly aggressive privacy filter/blocker on their iOS device, option to ignore is there on all devices.
