iOS How to bring up Settings from within app?

Hi all,

I want to let users invoke Settings from within an app. Is this possible?
I'd like to use some reliable Apple-accepted technique, as opposed to just a call to system().

There is no officially sanctioned way to do this, that is there is no App Store -friendly API.
