How to build your own RapidWeaver/iWeb theme?

hi!
I would like to design my own site from scratch using either iWeb or Rapidweaver but I don't know where to start. iWeb seems to have potential but has silly things like not letting me move the menu etc.

Here is some information about Rapidweaver themes, however I'm not too sure about creating an iWeb theme...
