How to burn a bootable .dmg on windows?

My computer took a dump and i have the .dmg file for leopard on my windows pc as a back up. Becuase i left the leopard cd at my parents house

and i need to burn it to a dvd dl which i have so which software would i use for this?

or on MAC without disk utility

kinda confused

... anyways you can burn a dvd on mac w.o disk utility. Do you have toast? That is the only application i know of for mac that burns disk images etc.

I remember renaming one to a .iso file and burning it with Nero on a PC. I dont remember if it was a bootable though. This will definitely not work if the dmg is encrypted, but worth a try otherwise.
