I have a DVD that my friend made with his superdrive and I wanted to make a copy of it. Currently I only have a CD burner so is their a way I can convert the DVD into a format where it could be played on a computer using quicktime or Windows Media Player?

Thanks

im not really sure but DVD's are usually above a gb so you will at least have to compress it most likely depending on what kind of CD-R you have....search versiontracker for a compression program that youre little heart desires

Ya but right now when I open the dvd on my ibook it comes up as some format not recognized. How can I convert that into something that can be burned onto a CD?
