How to chang boot sequence

Can I change the boot sequence on my macbook? If I don't hold down the options button it just boots to windows??? I would like to reverse this.

In System Preferences > Startup Disk you should be able to choose Mac OS X as the default system in which you wish to boot.

Have a look at the Startup Disk preferences in System Preferences (or the Control Panel in Windows) and make sure they're both set to your Mac OS X partition.
