No, all these things you all say are not possible anymore with ios 9. When you change the country, it asks you to enter a credit card and there is no more option for "none" as it was before. If your credit card doesnt have an American billing address, it doesnt work and you cant put whatever address because it checks it with your Banks information. This will only work if you don't have a Credit Card registered.
Go into iTunes Store on your iPhone / iPad.
Scroll to the bottom and choose your Apple ID.
View Apple ID and tap in your password.
Tap Country/Region and Tap Change Country or Region.
Choose United States.
Find an American Zip Code from Google and change your contact number to something like 555-55555
Agree the terms etc and you should get an email advising a change has happened.
You will now be in the American App Store.
Once you've downloaded what you want you can then change your information back. The only downside is that if an update comes around for the app you'll need to change back to the us App Store
I do this to get the Facebook Paper App.
But how do I create a new account? Do I have to sign out from my apple id account first and create a new one from Settings?I just have different ID for different country.
Go to the App Store where you need to download the specific app--in your case: USA (just click the app link in safari it would open in App Store and change country if that app is not in your original country), click to buy a free app, create new Apple ID for that App Store country, since you are buying free app it would allow you with None payment info, I just checked and it still work on my iOS 9.1 phone. You would want to remember the new Apple ID and password though as you would need it when updating and reinstalling apps from the App Store.![]()
