How to Change Apple ID Password?

Can someone tell me how do i do this on my iphone? I want to change my password on the phone.

Just to be sure - you want to change the password for your AppleID account, and NOT your passcode for your iPhone...
Is that correct?
Those are completely different items.


You would use your Apple ID to sign in to iCloud, so you should expect that will be the same password.
You can change your Apple ID account password on your Mac by going to the AppleID support page at the Apple web site.

I think the only way that you might have different passwords, would be that you used different Apple ID accounts. That's something that would be confusing, if nothing else, and Apple recommends NOT using a different Apple ID account for different cloud services on your Mac.
