Why is there the 'forbidden circle' in it o_O

I do have the correct icon without the 'forbidden circle', how to apply it for the game luncher ?

macOS adds the prohibited image to the icon of apps that no longer run in the OS. fF you try opening the app it will likely give an error message.
There is a way to change the icon of apps (via the Get Info* window but that won't help you in this case.

    * 1. Locate another app that has a suitable icon, open the Get Info window for the file in Finder, click on the icon image, command-C to copy it
    2. Open the Get Info window for the destination app file in Finder, click on the icon image, command-v to paste the replacement icon ...

It's as you said, The prohibited image is still there after replacing it.

And it's indeed an error message does appear when opening it saying it's damaged or something, Don't know why, Because when you open the game in steam it runs normally.
And when I browse local files for Rocket League in steam it's navigates to the same app folder.

Well my purpose for this is to move the app to the dock but the prohibited image ruins it.

Steam games are meant to be launched directly in Steam, many of them (like Valve games) aren't even packaged in a .app bundle.

Have you tried to reinstall this game in Steam? If compatible with your macOS system, the game's launcher should show its icon in Launchpad. Or possibly you can create an alias for this game and drag the alias to Dock.

Still no luck, I did reinstall and I also tried to make alias, The mark still there.

I think it's the developer problem not macOS because I have other steam game on my dock and it doesn't have the mark.

Open the app and tap the screen. Choose the app, shortcut or bookmark whose icon you wish to change. Tap Change to assign a different icon—either an existing icon or an image—and tap OK to finish. You can change the app's name as well if you are want.
