iPad How to change color contrast in iPad air 2?

Hi I know brightness on ipad air2 can be changed

However can I decrease or increase color contrast of the same iPad screen? Thanks!

I need to fix the dull whites for my mom on various apps she has sight weakness

Try the options under Settings > General > Accessibility > Increase Contrast.

I don't know what you mean by dull whites. If the accessibility settings and night shift and brightness settings don't help, then there's no other way to change the way the screen looks.
